We are very happy with the work Complete Basement Systems dis for us.  They were very professional from day one to finish.  Our representative gave us a video presentation and brochures describing the service they would provide.  He answered all of our questions patiently, even when I called once on a weekend.  He also helped us negotiate a fair price.  The crew leader for the installation was also great.  He contacted us during the installation when he ran into some unexpected problems and kept us updated throughout the process.  He invited someone to go over to the house (we decided to stay out of town during the project) to confirm and photograph the unexpected problems for us (which we did and it's very clear from the photos that we needed as much work as they did).  The crew also left the basement very clean, especially considering how much work was done.  The receptionist at CBS was also very pleasant. We felt they were a very trustworthy and a competent team.

We had a drainage system and sump pump put in.  They installed braces on the walls to prevent further sheering.  The project went really well.  Everyone was very professional and great to work with.  They even completed the project ahead of schedule.
