I've done business with CBS for more than a decade. I recommend them to everyone I know. Their attention to customer service is unparallelled. I've found CBS' installation to stand up to its advertising. Neither my daughter, nor I, have had a drop of water in our basements since our installations. That says a lot, as our neighborhood has had several experiences with very heavy rains and numerous basements took on water.
