Our Foreman, Raul Barroso, and his production team started the installation by breaking out the concrete perimeter of the basement, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System. Our WaterGuard is an underground drainage system that collects water seepage from basement walls and prevents water clogs. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall System around the wall perimeter of the basement. Our CleanSpace is a 100% waterproof plastic vapor barrier that is great for unfinished basements. It is pliable enough to cover uneven surfaces and it prevents mold build-up and humidity. Lastly, our team installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which provides three layers of protection and solves all three water problems in one system. To complete the installation, our team filled the open gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over them.
