She contacted American Waterworks to receive a FREE estimate, so one of our Design Specialists, Mac Cole went to her home to inspect her basement and design the right solution. Our Foreman, Austin Lucas, and his crew installed WaterGuard around the perimeter of the room and a TripleSafe sump pump in the corner. Our TripleSafe is backed by three layers of protection and is our most reliable sump pump. They also installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier along the walls to protect the room from moisture and potential mold growth. The WaterGuard properly drains water to the sump pump and from there, the water is pumped through the discharge line and expelled from the home. April is pleased that her basement is now a dry, healthier space and she is glad she chose to invest in the long-term protection of her home.

Our Foreman, Matt Zeller, and his crew installed 72 feet of our WaterGuard drainage system and our SuperSump sump pump. The drainage system now properly guides water to the sump pump and from there, the sump pump pushes the water through the discharge line and expels it from the home. Wasana is pleased with the results and glad her basement is now a dry, healthy space.

He had cracked and slightly bowing foundation walls, and he was concerned about the structural integrity of his house. He knew how much replacing his foundation entirely could be, and he wanted to fix the problem before it got any worse. Our Foreman, Jesus Covarrubias, and his production crew installed 17 CarbonArmor straps along the foundation to reinforce the bowing walls. The CarbonArmor system utilizes epoxy and carbon fiber straps to strengthen and stabilize the foundation walls. The CarbonArmor reinforcement becomes part of the wall structure and can be hidden with a coat of paint. Donald’s foundation has been stabilized, and his peace of mind restored!
