The homeowner agreed with Ryan's recommendations, and the plans were sent to our Logistics team to build the project. Once they gave the final stamp of approval, the plans were sent to our Foreman, Diego, and his crew to begin. Diego and his crew traveled to the home and started by taking out the old sump pump. Once the old sump pump was removed, the crew installed the TripleSafe. Next, the crew went outside and installed an outside discharge line. Additionally, the crew attached an IceGuard on the outside discharge line. Once all the products were installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The purpose of the discharge line is to drain water away from the home. To complete the project, our team filled the open gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over them.
