Our Foreman, Dylon VanCanneyt, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete perimeter of the basement floor, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed 30 feet of our WaterGuard System which is made to collect water seepage from basement walls and act like an underground drain. Next, our team applied 30 feet of our CleanSpace Wall System around the wall perimeter which prevents mold, mildew, and humidity. It also provides the basement space with a neat and clean look. To complete the project, Dylon and his crew covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Stacie had a remarkable experience from start to finish!

Our Logisitics team built and scheduled the project, then the plans were assigned to our Foreman, Lane, and his crew. A few weeks later, Lane and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Lane and his crew started by installing WaterGuard around the basement perimter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to installing 11 GeoLock Wall Anchors on the walls. Next, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. Finally, the crew completed the installation by taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the TripleSafe Sump Pump. After all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was delighted with the excellent work completed by the crew. Once the plans were approved, a crew was assigned and production began. Our Foreman, Matt, and his crew arrived at the home and began by installing one Helical Pier on the north wall. Next, the crew removed all the debris from the dirt floor. Once the debris was cleared the crew placed the drainage matting on the crawl space floor. Then, CleanSpace was installed across the floor and up the crawl space walls. Additionally, Foamax was installed around the perimeter of the crawl space. Finally, Sprayfoam was injected around the fuller perimeter of the crawl space joist pockets. The homeowners were impressed by the work completed by the crew.
