Our Design Specialist built a personalized plan with Allen that would permanently waterproof his basement.. Our crew installed a full perimeter of WaterGuard, lateral feed lines through the middle of the basement to guide water to the WaterGuard, and a TripleSafe sump pump.

The WaterGuard drainage system directs any water seeping in to the sump pump. Once the water reaches the sump pump, it is then pumped through the discharge line and expelled to the outside of the home. Our Foreman, Raul Barroso, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete perimeter of the basement floor, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our Iron Ochre Perimeter Drain. This system is ideal for managing difficult iron water problems. The wide-open design of the drain helps it resist clogs, while a removable lid allows for easy access and maintenance. Next, our production team installed our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier around the wall perimeter. Our CleanSpace is made to prevent mold and humidity, cover any holes or divots, and provide the space with a neat and clean appearance. To complete the installation, our team covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Patricia was very thankful we were able to help serve her and her home repair needs!
