A homeowner in Maple Grove, MN had noticed signs of their foundation walls shifting. Concerned for the stability of their home, the homeowner decided to contact us and schedule their FREE foundation estimate. 

In less than a week, our Design Specialist, Daniel R., arrived at the home to provide a thorough inspection. During the inspection, he took a close look at the foundation walls, where he identified which walls had begun shifting. After reporting his findings to the homeowner, Daniel created a proposal recommending stabilizing the walls with our GeoLock wall anchor system. Confident our product would solve their foundation issue, the homeowner decided to move forward with the project.

In a couple of months, our Foreman, Jesus C., and his crew arrived at the home to carry out the installation. The crew installed a total of 8 GeoLock anchors successfully!

Myron and Karla of Bowman, ND got in contact with us when they began to notice one of their basement walls was beginning to bow inward, showing signs of wall failure. The couple wanted to resell the house at some point and were interested in correcting the issue sooner rather than later. They called our office and we set them up with our FREE estimates. A few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Ian, headed out to the property to see what we could do to help. After his inspection, he recommended the use of our GeoLock wall anchors to correct the issue. He explained that these anchors work to stabilize failing walls but anchoring them to the hard-packed virgin soil beyond the foundation of the home, pulling them back into place. The couple agreed and work began shortly after. 

Our Foreman, Zach, and his team ended up installing 19 of our GeoLock anchors throughout the basement. Now Myron and Karla can begin to plan for the future without worries that their home will slow them down.

Troy G. in Selfridge, ND had cracked and bowing foundation walls in his basement. He was worried about the structural stability of his home, so he got in contact with our office staff at American Waterworks. Our staff set him up with a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Richie Noreen. Richie went to his home, carefully inspected his foundation walls, and provided him with a solution. Troy was confident in Richie's proposal of our GeoLock Wall Anchors, so he went ahead with the project. 

Our Foreman, Corey Tollefson, and his production team began the installation by digging small holes outside of the home. From the inside of the basement, our team drilled a long, medal rod through the wall to each hole outside of the home. On the ends of each rod, our crew screwed on and tightened a GeoLock Wall Anchor. This wall anchor system stabilizes the foundation wall by anchoring the walls to the hard-packed soil beyond the foundation. To complete the project, Corey and his team backfilled each hole and replaced the soil, leaving the yard looking neater than when they found it. Troy was happy with the work and had a great experience! 

A homeowner in Ray, ND, was distressed about the foundation walls crumbling in their basement. Frantically searching for a solution, the homeowner called American Waterworks for a FREE estimate. Our Design Specialist, Ian, headed to the home to complete an in-depth inspection. After the inspection, Ian told the homeowner the basement walls needed to be stabilized. Ian suggested that the Everbrace Wall system, PowerBraces, and SmartJacks be installed on the failing walls. Knowing this was the best and safest option, the homeowners promptly agreed. Once the crew was approved, they began to prepare for the job ahead. Our Foreman, Domenic, and his crew began by removing any fallen stones as necessary.  Once the stones were cleared from the area, the crew began to EverBrace the entire west wall of the basement. After the EverBrace was installed, the crew installed the PowerBraces near the stairs for additional support. Now that the PowerBraces were in place, the crew installed SmartJacks and a supplemental beam to provide additional support for the foundation. Brandon S. of Bismarck, ND had an addition on his home, and its floor was sagging. He saw an American Waterworks billboard, so he called our office line and learned more about our FREE estimates. He scheduled an estimate with our Design Specialist, Ian. Ian went to Brandon's house to inspect his sagging floor and come up with a solution. Ian proposed our Crawl Space Support Posts (also known as SmartJacks), which is a system that provides solid support for sagging beams. As Brandon learned more about the system, he became more interested. Soon enough, he decided to move forward with the project. 

Our Foreman, Cameron, and his crew installed four of our Crawl Space Support Posts to correct the sloping floors. They also can be adjusted over time by the homeowner to ensure the system is sticking to its design. Brandon was happy with the installation and was glad he chose American Waterworks!
