Mac determined that the home's main level floors needed to be stabilized and came up with a recommended solution for the homeowners. Our Foreman, Victor, and his crew arrived at the home to begin production. The crew started by installing a main wood 6x6 beam across the center of the basement, to replace the rotting wood on the basement ceiling. Once the crew replaced the main beam, they placed five SmartJacks into the correct position. The SmartJacks reinforcement system provides solid support for sagging and undersized beams. After the crew successfully installed the SmartJacks, they cleaned up their site and moved on to their next project. The homeowners were happy to know their floors were professionally stabilized.
