Our Foreman, Jose Flores, and his production team broke out the concrete floor perimeter with a jackhammer, forming a trench. Inside the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which is made to prevent water clogs, collect water seepage from basement walls, and act like an underground drain. Jose and his team covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete, making the basement look neater than when they found it.

Our Foreman, Dylon V., and his crew installed six of our wall anchors to stabilize and straighten the foundation wall. The nice thing about this system is it can be tightened with a torque wrench over time by the homeowner to ensure it's sticking to its design. Katie said our crew did a very good job, the communication was great, and she was overall thrilled with the entire project.

A homeowner in St. Paul, MN, noticed their cinder block foundation was beginning to struggle.
