One of our Design Specialists, Rick Weber, went onsite to give him a free estimate. Rick recommended installing 5 Geo-Lock wall anchors on Larry's bowing foundation wall.

Brian O. in La Crescent, MN contacted American Waterworks after being referred to us by a previous satisfied customer. He was interested in our foundation repair and waterproofing products, so we sent one of our Design Specialists, Rick Weber, to meet with him and present our services. Brian was impressed with Rick’s evaluation and proposal, and he moved forward with the project. 

Our Foreman, Cole Brinkman, and his production crew were able to successfully stabilize Brian’s basement walls by installing 32 of our CarbonArmor strips along the perimeter of the foundation. The CarbonArmour system utilizes epoxy and carbon fiber strips to strengthen the foundation walls. Next, the crew began the waterproofing project by removing the concrete around the perimeter of the basement and through the middle of the floor to install the 140 feet of our WaterGuard drainage system and feed line. Then, the crew filled back the gaps with rock, replaced the concrete, and cleaned up their work area. Brian is happy with the results and confident that he chose the best solution for his home! 

Jeff and Heidi B. of Eastman, WI had cracked walls in their basement, making them feel nervous and unsafe living in their home. After doing some research on our website, they called our office line to schedule a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Jeremy Girgen. Jeremy went to their home to inspect the walls and come up with a solution. After a thorough inspection, Jeff and Heidi felt comfortable with the proposal, so they went ahead with the project. 

Our Foreman, Juan Pena, and his production team began the project by digging 11 holes outside of the home. Next, Juan and his team inserted a long, metal rod from the inside of the basement, through the foundation, to each hole outside of the home. Our team tightened and screwed on a GeoLock Wall Anchor on the ends of each rod to pull the walls back and stabilize them into their natural positions. To complete the project, Juan and his crew backfilled the holes and replaced the soil, leaving the yard looking neater than when they found it. Jeff and Heidi were thrilled with the work completed and had a remarkable experience from beginning to end!

Ryan B. of Stoddard, WI had a crack in his foundation wall, causing him to worry about the stability of his home. He called American Waterworks and scheduled a FREE inspection with our Design Specialist, Rick. Rick went to Ryan's home, carefully examined his foundation wall, and drew up a solution that worked for him and his home repair needs. He was confident in Rick's proposal of our GeoLock Wall Anchor System, so he followed through with the project and got an installation date scheduled. 

Our Foreman, Tremaine, and his production manager began the project by digging small holes outside the home, beyond the foundation. From the interior foundation, Tremaine and his crew inserted a long, steel rod through to each hole outside of the home. At the ends of each rod, our crew installed an anchor and a wall plate which provides the pressure to make the system work. Our anchors extend out to the hard-packed soil, anchoring themselves and bracing the foundation wall, which stops inward movement. Over time, our anchors can be tightened by the homeowner to ensure the system is sticking to its design. To complete the installation, Tremaine and his team backfilled each hole, compacted the soil, and ensured the outdoor space was neater than when they found it.

A homeowner in Stoddard, WI, knew it was about time to schedule their annual maintenance appointment. The homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. After the maintenance appointment was set, we sent one of our Service Technicians, Kyle, to the home. Upon arrival, Kyle introduced himself to the homeowners and began his inspection. During his inspection, Kyle discovered that there was a slight separation between the cinder blocks. Kyle alerted the homeowner that this could lead to larger issues if not solved. Additionally, Kyle recommended that this wall be permanently stabilized to prevent further damage. The plans were then directed to the assigned crew and production preparations began. Our Foreman, Raul, and his crew arrived at the home and prepared the wall for the CarbonArmor installation.
