Our Foreman, Juan Pena, and his crew installed 6 PowerBraces along the bowing wall. The PowerBrace is an adjustable beam that stabilizes bowing walls and forces them back into their original position. PowerBraces are sometimes used instead of wall anchors because wall anchors require access to the soil outside and would cause us to cross a property line if that product was installed. The beams are covered with a zinc-coating, so that the beams will not rust or deteriorate over time.
