A homeowner of Princeton, MN exceeded the action limit of 3.9 pCi/L. They wanted a FREE estimate for one of our radon mitigation systems. Our Design Specialist went to the homeowner's home, inspected the interior and exterior of the home, and proposed a bid for our radon mitigation system. The homeowner was confident in the solution, so she went ahead with the project.

Our Foreman and his crew member started the installation from the utility room in the basement, through the home, and out to the backside of the house, where they installed the system. The purpose of this system is to suck radon from underneath the home and release it into the open air. The system is the heart of the process. If it is not working, radon will not be able to escape the home.

A homeowner from Mendota, MN contacted us because she was concerned about potentially having high radon levels. We scheduled an onsite inspection with one of our Design Specialists, Dustin Loftus, who tested her home and designed the plan for a mitigation system if one was needed. 

Her results came back at 6.8 pCi/L and the recommended action level is 4 pCi/l. She decided to move forward with the mitigation system to protect her and her loved one's health. Our Foreman, Dakota Merchlewitz, installed our radon mitigation system in less than one day! The U-tube manometer indicates the vacuum pressure inside the radon system. This will let you know if the radon fan is working or not. If the tops of the red liquid are equal, the fan may not be working or may have been turned off. The U-tube is designed to indicate that the system is actually on and at what pressure. Only a radon test can indicate the levels of radon.
