Mike W. of Litchfield, MN had two slabs in his driveway that sunk and cracked, and he wanted to get it lifted and repaired before it got any worse. Our Design Specialist went to his home, inspected his concrete, and determined a plan that worked for him and his needs. Our Foreman, Troy Johnson, and his crew member injected 199 pounds of our PolyLevel underneath the slab and applied 113 feet over the cracks. Our PolyLevel is designed to fill the voids caused by soil erosion and lift and stabilize the concrete surface. Our NexusPro is made to prevent moisture from seeping underneath the cracks and it gives the concrete a nice clean finish. A homeowner in Eden Valley, MN was looking to make some changes to his front yard to increase the curb appeal. The first thing he wanted to focus on was the front walkway and stoop leading up to the front door. He had noticed a faint line from where the concrete used to be and figured it had most likely sunk over the years. Curious about what it would take to repair it, he went online to find a reasonable solution. He looked up "concrete lifting MN" and was overwhelmed with how many services showed up. The homeowner in Clear Lake Iowa wanted to level off a sinking slab near their front step.  Using our PolyLEVEL system, American Waterworks was able to adjust the slab back to it's original position.  

A homeowner in Clear Lake, IA, was experiencing a sunken concrete driveway and knew the bumps and cracks would only continue to worsen if left untreated. The homeowner began looking for concrete lifting and leveling contractors in the area and found us. After browsing our website and growing impressed by our concrete before and after transformations, the homeowner contacted us to schedule his FREE estimate. 

In about a week, our Design Specialist, Nate B., arrived at the home for the inspection. During the inspection, Nate explained to the homeowner that soil compaction is one of the most common causes of sinking concrete slabs. When the soil's load-bearing capacity is exceeded, in this case, as cars drive over the driveway, it causes the soil to compact and settle. To fix this issue, Nate recommended PolyLevel, our foam-expanding formula that accurately lifts sunken slabs within seconds, and NexusPro, our silicone-based sealant that repairs cracks and seals joints. The homeowner happily agreed to Nate's recommendation and scheduled the installation date.

In a couple of months, our Foreman, Troy J., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. PolyLevel is installed by first drilling small 3/8" holes into the concrete slabs. PolyLevel is then injected beneath the slab, filling in the voids in the soil. Once the slabs have been lifted to the desired level, the crew seals the holes with cement. Lastly, the crew used NexusPro to repair the cracks and seal the joints between the garage and driveway.
