A homeowner in Eden Prairie, MN, got in touch with us when he decided to do something about his uneven walkway leading up to his patio. Not wanting any guests to take unwanted spills, he decided to take advantage of our FREE estimates, and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Mitch S, headed out to the home to inspect the concrete. 

Once Mitch completed his walkthrough, he met with the homeowner to deliver his recommendation. Mitch informed the homeowner that the problem could be fixed by installing our PolyLevel. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when injected beneath sinking concrete slabs, filling voids left over by soil erosion and slowly lifting the concrete back into place. He went on to say that we finish all of our PolyLevel installation our NexusPro. A silicone-based sealant, NexusPro gets applied to all cracks and joints in the problem slab to prevent any unwanted moisture from getting beneath the slab to the soil below. The homeowner agreed and work was scheduled to begin a few weeks later.

A homeowner in Saint Michael, MN, was concerned about the unsafe concrete walkway leading to his front door. The uneven concrete posed a dangerous trip hazard for him and his family, so he began looking into "concrete repair" in the area and found us. Then, they carefully injected the foam until the concrete slabs were raised and leveled with each other, therefore eliminating the trip hazard. Once they finished raising the walkway, they sealed the cracks with our NexusPro sealant to protect the concrete, and give it a beautiful, finished look! The process only took a few hours to complete, and now our customer can enjoy a beautiful, safe walkway for years to come.

Lee and Betty O. of Medina, MN had cracked concrete on their porch and wanted it repaired rather than replaced. Next, they followed the PolyLevel with our NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks that is specially formulated to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up against harsh weather conditions.
