A homeowner in Hopkins, MN, disliked the look of their uneven, cracked stairs and walkway. Hoping to avoid replacing the concrete, the homeowner looked into "concrete repair services near me". One of the first companies to grab their attention was us, American Waterworks, so the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Greg. A few days later, Greg arrived at the home and started the thorough inspection of the exterior concrete. During the evaluation, Greg identified several areas that were experiencing settlement. To prevent this issue from worsening, Greg recommended installing PolyLevel throughout the struggling concrete. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner decided to go ahead with the proposal. Next, the homeowner worked with Greg to find the best installation date. When the date was selected, our Foreman, Jordan, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Jordan and his crew inserted PolyLevel, a polyurthane foam injection solution, below the sinking concrete. After the PolyLevel was secured, the crew shifted to filling the joints and cracks with NexusPro, a silicone-based solution. After all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was grateful for the excellent work completed by the crew. American Waterworks is delighted to repair its customers' damaged concrete.

One of our PolyLevel experts, Jared Wroblewski, drilled small holes into the concrete slabs where they needed to be raised. Then, he injection our PolyLevel foam into the holes until the concrete was raised to be level with the garage floor. Once the concrete was level, he filled back the holes he drilled with concrete and filled the cracks in the concrete with our Nexus Pro sealant. He also did this process with Roger’s sidewalk. Roger was very pleased with the final outcome and he will now be able to enjoy beautiful, level concrete.
