Adam informed her that PolyLevel is a dense polyurethane foam that expands when it is injected beneath sinking concrete. As it expands, it slowly fills voids left by soil erosion and, in the process, lifts the concrete back to its desired location. Adam went on to say that once the lift had been completed, he would want to see the cracks and joints of the concrete sealed with our NexusPro. This silicone-based sealant works to prevent moisture from getting below the slab, potentially compromising the lift. The homeowner agreed with the proposed work and scheduled the job for several weeks later.

Then, PolyLevel is injected beneath the slab, expanding and filling in the empty spaces in the soil. Once the concrete slab has been lifted, the crew ensures it is level before sealing the holes with cement. Lastly, the crew used NexusPro to seal the joints. After the crew was done with the installation, they cleaned up their equipment and left the home.
