Sales Process

Shane was very thorough in his presentation. No pressure.

Our Installation Crew

Prompt, courteous. This crew (Tremaine and 2 others) worked very hard all day with a very short lunch break. They answered any questions we had and explained the various products that were installed. We were impressed.

The Cleanup Process

Very satisfied with the clean up. Also happy that they hung a plastic barrier so that the dust from jackhammering would not travel through the house.

What made you choose our company:

Chatted briefly with Shane at the Home Show at TCF Bank Stadium and he didn't have the pressure pitch that we feel with so many contractors. In home presentation was clear and easy to understand. We didn't sign up initially because we always get additional quotes. We felt confident in the quality of product, experience and warranty.
