The company (Sam) offered to come back and touch up anything that didn't look right. My cats walked in the fresh cement and Sam came back and covered these imprints with fresh concrete. I really felt fortunate that I chose American Waterworks as this seemed above and beyond expectations!
The office staff was easy to work with.
