Very helpful. Ian, the Design Specialist, spent solid time assessing our situation and going over the findings from his assessment. Unfortunately, the work we need to be done is not something that American Waterworks can help with. However, they were willing to see if they knew anyone that might be able to help. They send out great information prior to the assessment about the company and what they do. Ian was knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. I wish we could have had a reason to work with them, but our current needs are different than their options.
