There were three crewmembers here. Layne, Chris, and Fidel. They were all very nice. A door to the storage space under my stairs, came off while installing the sump pump and Layne was not very cooperative about getting it back on. He did explain that with the cement wet, it would be hard to get it back on, but when I explained to him, I can’t do it by myself, and I’m gonna hire have to hire someone else to do it And asked if he could put it back on once the cement was in. He just stated that he wasn’t a carpenter and didn’t want to attempt it. I don’t really understand how the door came off in the first place.

Of course, there is dust all over everything downstairs, which is to be expected. I did see Fidel sweeping up, but I’m a bit surprised that there isn’t any kind of a vacuum used since there was quite a bit of the dust under the stairway in the storage area. Like I said, that is to be expected, but they had removed some ceiling tiles during the install, which they did not put back, I explained above about the door, coming off and not being reattached, and they also used my utility sink and when I came down later, I noticed that it was dripping. I know that the faucet is old, but it was really hard for me to shut it off entirely, and wish they would’ve been more cognizant of that since they are much stronger than I am.
