Our Overall Service
Original scheduled work was 3 months out. When we added waterproofing to the foundation repair, they said it would take 3 days (instead of 2), so we were pushed out another month for installation. Then day before install, we received a call that the work was being moved to 2 days. We had to wait an extra month because of a scheduled third day that apparently wasn’t necessary to begin with.

The crew was great, but on the day they were scheduled to finish, the starter wasn’t working by the time the concrete arrived. They didn’t know when they’d be able to come back to finish. Fortunately, it was only 4 days later, but I would have appreciated a more rushed approach to prioritize us.
