Sales Process
Mike Dexter was great to work with. I did not fully understand the electrical requirements of the new system vs the old, that the new system would require a dedicated outside plug. This surprised me at installation. I hired an electrician to complete the required wiring. My recommendation would be to better explain that electrical was required, just I had the option for AAWW to complete it or hire someone else. It’s on me for not knowing what questions to ask, but I don’t know what I don’t know. Just a suggestion on better explaining to customers so there isn’t a surprise.
