8/23/23 - Initial contact with our Rep, Matthew Jennrich was good, we signed up and waited for scheduling, of the work. He left the company during this time. Connected with Logistics team (Allie, who were all very helpful.

EXCELLENT!!!!! Phase I - concrete leveling, Dylan did a great job , also the young man who was with him but we did not get his name. The process was so interesting. Area completed are still level 8 months later! Contract paid in full although phase 2 could not be completed until May/June 2024. The concrete driveway joint caulking/repair took a while to complete to due Weather constraints, however Patrick, foreman and Jonathon completed it - last week and it looks better than we imagined. We are grateful to Patrick for reworking his schedule to complete this effort for us. Avoiding a fifth reschedule due to weather.

Clean up in both phases were minimal, but well done.
