Sales Process
Shane was excellent, however there was some miss communication with the loan operations as well as products used. The waterproofing layer required and epoxy or adhesive we were unaware of which caused asthmatic reactions in two of the homes residents. Shane was always available for any and all questions we had and got back promptly with answers.

I would highly suggest any crew that does work in a customer's basement be equipped with a shop vacuum. They did do a great hob with a broom and dustpan however ther was still a light about of dirt/dust left from the crawl space. Also a bit better policing the surround yard after the outside foundation work was completed would have gathered a couple pop bottles and used Sawzall blades that were discovered the after they departed. Otherwise my lawn was in good shape.
