The products that were recommended and the installation process were excellent. However, communication between the sales representative and myself was suboptimal, since he did not explain that the opening to the sump pump in the concrete foundation would have to be enlarged. I had to tell the installation crew that I didn’t want that done, which required that a different basket be used. Also, the sales representative did not anticipate the complexity of work that would be required to replace the exterior pipe from the sump pump. Otherwise, I was very satisfied with the service.

Reyes and Jesus were excellent ambassadors for your company. They were polite, explained the work that needed to be done and did it expertly. Cleanup was excellent.
