We are very pleased with the final project. The quality of work was exceptional. The work was performed on schedule. The clean up each day and at the end of the project was nicely done. It was clear the crew cared about the quality of their work.

Michel Ramirez did a great job listening to the issues we were having in our basement, explaining my options, and walking me through the process. He offered me various options, explained the pros and cons of each option, and provided a detailed plan that incorporated everything we had decided upon. Michel was always professional, knowledgable about the industry and products, easy to communicate with, and made us feel at ease throughout the duration of the project, even when we had some unexpected issues with wall bowing.

The crew, lead by Junior, was exceptional. They worked HARD to complete everything on time. They took care in their work resulting in a top notch finished project. The dealt with unexpected issues that arose, namely bowed walls that required Carbon Armor and PowerBracing in a few locations, explaining my options and providing me with a realistic schedule for completion. This team worked very well together. I was impressed with their ability to work succinctly to complete the hard physical labor waterproofing requires, their cheerful demeanor, and their quality craftsmanship. We cannot say enough good things about Junior and his crew. They are amazing!

The crew left the worksite clean each day, including the area around the dumpster on demo day. Upon final departure, they left our basement, yard, and boulevard tidy and clean. We appreciated their attentiveness to cleaning up.
