We had American Waterworks fix our crawl space this past winter. We live on a lake and after the wet fall we had 7 inches of standing water down there. They raised the sagging floor with several jacks, put in a drain tile system, encapsulated the crawl space, installed a sump pump, and a dehumidifier. The crew was awesome having to do all that work in our 3’ crawl space. After the snow this winter, that sump pump ran a lot this Spring and we couldn’t be more pleased with the job they did. Very professional. Worth every penny.

I have a cement slab crawl space but the house sits on wet soil and there is alot of shifting during the season. Our neighborhood has had a problem with garter snakes the past two years gaining entrance into our living spaces. They are under the cement slab and manage to get into the crawl space between the cement slab and walls of the crawl space. I Store many items in this space so this was a problem. After battling this for two years with two wildlife eviction services, I chose to have American Waterworks encase the crawl space. It is wonderful! The men were here on time, were very tidy, professional, and got the job done in a very timely manner. I now have an attractive, bright, clean crawl space where I can store my belongings with no fear of running into any more garter snakes. An added plus is that there is no more moisture that can get in the crawl space either. My peace of mind is well worth the expense.

Hello American Waterworks. Today, I had two replacement windows installed in my basement. I am very pleased with the finished job. Jeromy, Lane and Jeremiah did an excellent job. They introduced themselves immediately when they arrived. Each of them had a smile and they were neat, clean and polite. They did a great job dismantling the existing windows, installing the new ones and explaining the process. They told me of a bare electrical wire, after removing a wall panel, which I greatly appreciated. They did an excellent clean up, inside and out! As a reputable company, you should be pleased to have such good representatives. Please know that this crew is exceptional. They also informed me of an old termite tunnel, which I will follow up on immediately. I would not have known about it without them telling me and showing me. I highly recommend them as a terrific work crew. Also, your sales representative, Ben McKee, was knowledgeable and personable. He appears to enjoy his job and no doubt, is a strong link in your business chain. He explained the water leakage was not from the Waterworks system, that I have, but from the windows. I know a bit about construction, but he answered every question that I asked him and was spot on. I will feel very comfortable recommending your company to those I meet. I have already told many in the Preston area about American Waterworks....so keep up the good work! Your product is very good (we first installed our unit in the early 1980s) and your staff is exceptional. Thank you for your continued service.

They were very polite, very hardworking, and happy doing their job! We would hear them laughing and whistling. Each night, the worksite was swept clean and looked neat. Juan was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. We think this crew should get a big raise! Thank you for the wonderful work! 

Thank you to American Waterworks for doing such a nice job in our basement. We are confident that we no longer will have any flooding in our basement! The office staff was very professional and pleasant. Dustin, the Design Specialist, was very knowledgeable. The installation crew with Juan as the Foreman was excellent! They were all very hard workers. American Waterworks has an awesome product, and for that, we are very thankful! 

I want to commend the team that worked with us. Josh, the consultant, who came out to give us an estimate was great. He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. He was also very prompt in returning emails and messages. The team that came out to our house to place the system was awesome as well! Jose, the Foreman, and the two other gentlemen, Eddie and Luis, were on time and very professional. They answered all of our questions and updated me along the way on everything they were doing. They went above and beyond and finished the job in one day versus two. American Waterworks should be very happy to have such hardworking employees. Thanks for a job well done!

Great customer service!

Tim was professional and knowledgeable with the home inspection. He was able to explain exactly what we needed, give us some options and find us the best price for our budget. The crew was efficient, professional and respectful. They really did a good job. 

I can't say enough about how great the crew was to work with. Dylon, Jonathan, Corey, and Carlos were all so pleasant and professional. Any questions that we had wrere quickly answered, they all kept us informed about what they were doing and what was going to happen next. I appreciated the respect that the guys showed me, my husband, our home, and even our dog! But the best news is... The basement is already noticeably drier and doesn't smell must anymore! Thank you, American Waterworks! 

We are SO impressed with our basement in Lanesboro!!!!!!  It went from a gross swamp to livable space. We never thought it would be this improved. Even halfway would have been worth the money, but now we have doubled our usable space! Thank you so much for saving the basement in our Victorian! The extensive renovation upstairs is definitely worth it now!

Sheri Gibson of Roberts, Wisconsin chose to have American Waterworks do Waterproofing work on their home because of the statements she has heard from previous customers, along with the quality of work ethic and products. She thought the office staff was outstanding, and she said our Design Specialist, Shane Nephew, spent five hours with her helping to solve her current problems. "He was great," said Gibson.  She thought the overall installation process was fantastic and thought our foreman, Edgar Miranda, and his crew worked respectfully, they were on time and performed great work ethic!  "I find your company to back up all five stars given. You are as great as your website says you are!" 

We really enjoy your crew coming!! They are prompt and Very Professional when they are here!! They take the time to explain what they did and answer all of our questions. They come prepared with everything I requested when I made the appointment. We asked about your radon system.....Totally Prepared!!! We bought the system!!!  😁 We totally recommend your company!!! I would give American Waterworks a 10 Star!!!!! Dakota and Tyler were here to install our radon system. We were Very Happy with their work!! They were Courteous and ready to answer any of my Questions. Everything was cleaned up when they left. All your crews that have come here, were Always Professional.....Very Well Trained!!! Thanks American Waterworks!!!
