It started with DeRosia in our customer care team, who took this homeowner's call, listened to their struggles, and promptly set them up a date and time for us to come out and take a look. It was one of our knowledgable design specialists, Caleb, who was sent out and did a complete inspection of the underside of the home. After compiling all his findings, he created a detailed proposal on site and answered all the homeowner's questions.
