Our goal when it comes to foundation repair is always to stabilize the home, and protect it from further damage and settlement. We hope to level the home and seal up the cracks as much as possible, but the amount that we can do that depends on how safe it would be for the home. In some cases, we are able to make a major change, like in these photos! This very large gap near the window was almost completely sealed during the stabilization process by one of our foremen, Ransom, and his crew. We love to see additional benefits to the work we are already proud of!

When it comes to foundations, our first and main goal is always stabilization, making sure the foundation is safely secured in place and no longer at risk of further movement or shifting. We do also try our best to lift the home as much as we safely can, and in some cases, such as this one, we can make quite the difference! This large crack on the exterior brick closed up quite nicely. Great job team!

This customer in downtown Brandon called because his driveway and sidewalk leading up to his front door was cracking and sinking. So, he needed driveway repair and sidewalk repair. We have a great product called NexusPro. It's a silicon sealant for joints and cracks, specifically built for durability against harsh weather conditions. Not only is it quick to install, it only takes 60 minutes to cure. This means you'll be able to use your driveway by the time you come home from work. 

Here is an example of the result our foundation stabilization system had on this home in Brandon. Our goal is to stabilize homes and prevent any further settlement, but as you can see here, sometimes we can achieve some significant lift! Our precise and talented crew lifted this home the perfect amount: enough to show improvement, but not too far that the home is put at risk of other issues. The large crack on the side of this home is looking a lot better and has no chance of spreading. 

This church reached out to us to come take a look at what could be done for their settling foyer. There were obvious signs of shifting and unevenness, and several noticeable cracks. One of our design specialists, Caleb, went out to provide a free estimate and determined that installing our push pier system would be the best course of action. Our overall goal with this system is to stabilize the foundation and secure it in place, to prevent further settlement and damage. Our talented crews will be able to determine if we can also achieve some lift/level of the foundation without potentially causing additional damage, and this case, we were able to obtain enough lift to close up some of those larger cracks!
