Here is a miraculous repair our talented concrete team pulled off for a homeowner's driveway! It is best not to wait this long to get work done, but even damage this dramatic couldn't stop our team. 

Along with multiple areas in this homeowner's concrete walkway, we were able to take care of this unsightly gap in the steps leading up to their home. Thanks to our PolyLevel and NexusPro, the entrance to their home that is used every single day will be easier on the eyes and much safer.

This stretch of concrete walkway was starting to pull away from the side of the building it was up against. While no tripping hazards had formed yet, the gaps left were unsightly and left an opening for water to flow in and risk erosion. To combat this, we used our NexusPro Solution. This crack sealant sets itself apart from the competition with its flexibility and long-lasting resistance to rough weather. That includes protection against rain and harsh UV-rays. To level it back up with the building, we used some of our PolyFoam, an expanding foam perfect for filling voids under concrete slabs. With a quick injection and cure time, our concrete crew was able to restore it to its original position. Restored and protected, this walkway is back in great, safe shape.

Time and erosion had gotten to these brick steps and brought about some dangerous settlement. You can see a clear shot of the large gap that had formed on the exterior, creating another point for moisture to come in and cause more issues. Using our PolyLevel system, we were able to inject expanding foam under the slab to fill in the voids and act as a new support. You'll notice that the cracks and gaps have also been taken care of, this is thanks to our NexusPro. NexusPro is a flexible yet durable sealant made to resist harsh weather conditions and UV-rays. The tripping hazard has been taken care of, the unsightly view is gone, and these steps are safer than ever!

This homeowner called us due to the many cracks and settling areas in both his driveway and sidewalk, but this particular area was absolutely the most damaged and concerning. Even small cracks create an entrance for water to find its way under the slab and create voids, so massive cracks and missing chunks like these are extra dangerous! Fortunately, we were able to take care of this area the same way we handled the rest of the concrete - with our PolyLevel and NexusPro systems! PolyLevel uses our expanding PolyFoam to fill in unseen voids and create additional support for the slab. This is neatly done by drilling small holes that are filled in afterwards. To prevent further voids, every crack and exposed area is sealed with our quality crack sealant, NexusPro. It is flexible and weather resistant, so no matter what force harsh weather may bring, it will continue to hold out! We're happy to see these two pieces connected once again.
