The settlement in this pool patio that created a dangerous tripping hazard has been taken care of by our talented concrete crew and our PolyLevel system. Now risk-free and much more visually appealing, this patio is ready for many pool days to come.

Here is the before and after of a large gap our concrete crew took care of on this homeowner's driveway. While this one spot in particular is pretty impressive, we actually sealed up many cracks across this driveway, and was able to level it out as well! Two different products are used for this, one being PolyFoam, a foam that quickly expands to fill in voids. The other is NexusPro, a high-quality, flexible sealant that we used to seal up cracks across all sorts of concrete slabs. You can see some of our product in action in the images below!

The magic of NexusPro! These two before and after images allow you to see exactly where our talented team used our product, NexusPro, to seal up these cracks and prevent any further damage. NexusPro is a highly flexible, durable, and UV-resistant sealant that we highly recommend for pesky and unappealing cracks like these. Sealing the cracks and removing that entry for water means no more erosion, which means no more fear of settlement. The power of the PolyLevel System allows us to reverse settlement and save concrete driveways like these! The homeowner had noticed some sinking in his driveway leading up to his garage, leaving some pretty dangerous room for tripping. Before it got worse, he decided to reach out to us to see what we could offer to help. After a thorough inspection of his driveway, we were able to get our concrete crew out to fix it up with PolyFoam. The process and cure time is fast, and the PolyFoam injection leaves no mess. Its hard to tell we were ever there! The only new difference is an even driveway.

This homeowner called because his driveway was riddled with cracks, and he was aware of the potential problems this could bring. Cracks leave openings fore water and moisture to slip into and beneath the slab. If this continues for too long, serious erosion can occur, which can lead to settlement and broken concrete. We sent one of our design specialists out, Matt, to inspect the driveway and create a plan. The main component in this plan is our NexusPro system, a sealant that is flexible, yet durable and perfect for situations just like this. Sealing the cracks and joints with NexusPro creates a strong UV and weather-resistant barrier, meaning that no matter how hard it might rain, moisture cannot find its way in. We have solutions for sunken concrete as well, but luckily we were able to get out before it got to that point!
