This homeowner wanted to ensure that his sump pump system stays in good condition so that he didn't have to worry about water getting in his basement during all of the storms in the summer. He had previously used our company as help him with wall repair, so he knew he could trust us to help with his sump pump concerns.

We sent Service Technician Brad Metzger to inspect to older sump pump and determine what solutions could be used. Brad determined that the older sump pump was an aging unit and that the speed of the sump pump would stop functioning at its original speed after long. In addition to this, he found that the additional battery backup was no longer holding charge.

The homeowner was very happy when our team installed a M53 Primary Pump and a new Ultra Sump Pump Charger and Battery. He was enthusiastic to see that the new system was quiet and that it worked with no issues during the flood test. Check out his new sump pump!

These homeowners recently purchased and moved into their home that they wanted their soon to enjoy until he graduated from high school. They noticed that water was getting into the floors of their carpeted floors and forcing them to pull back to carpets daily to ensure that they weren't getting water damage. As frustrated as they were with this problem, they knew that it would only get worse with time, and they knew they needed to call someone they trusted, so they gave us a call.

We sent System Design Specialist Josh Brown to inspect the floors and determine what was causing water to seep into their carpets, see if any water damage had occurred, and determine what solutions would be best to help these homeowner's water problem. Josh found that water was getting in through several locations due to the moisture and water in the crawlspace. He also saw that there was mold and mildew issues starting in occupied living places which is a big concern for the health of these homeowners. Luckily, Josh knew just the solutions, so after talking to the homeowners, he set up a time for an installation team to come out and install moisture reducing solutions.

The installation team arrived and set the crawlspace up with drain lines, a TripleSafe Sump Pump System, and a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier. After this, they went to the lowest floor of the home and installed WaterGuard Interior Drainage System, a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, and a TripleSafe Sump Pump System to ensure that the carpets and flooring would remain dry. This homeowner noticed a bad odor coming into her home, and she wanted this to go away. After searching for the source of the smell, she found that it was coming from her crawlspace. Unsure of how to fix this problem, she gave us a call to see how we could help.

Kerry found that the crawlspace was no encapsulated, meaning that it was simply a dirt floor which had mold and high humidity without any controls. He pointed this problem out to the homeowner, and she was eager to have this problem solved, so she called for one of our installation teams. The installation team utilized CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, a TripleSafe Sump Pump System, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to help the homeowner solve the odor problem as well as prevent future problems from happening.

This homeowner was getting water in his basement. While this problem wasn't bothering him, he wanted to sell his house to move closer to his daughter, and his potential buyer would only purchase his house if the basement water problem was fixed. The homeowner had a friend who recommended us, so he decided to give us a call for a free estimate.

We sent System Design Specialist Chris Holmes to inspect the basement and determine the likely sources that water was coming in from. Chris found that the foundation walls had some cracking in them and that during wet times, water was finding its way in along the cracks and the unsealed corners of the wall. After discussing the solutions custom to the home with the current homeowner, Chris moved forward with scheduling an installation. Our installation team installed a WaterGuard Interior Drainage System, a full-height CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, and they redirected the water to his sump pump to pump the water out of his basement.

This crawlspace was battling a multitude of issues from water, to humidity, and a nasty musty smell that was seeping into the home.
