A homeowner in Methuen, Massachusetts, has lived in their home for the past 15 years. They have had pests and moisture issues in their crawlspace that they would like to solve. They reached out to an exterminator to get rid of the pests. After the pests were removed they called EFS for a free inspection of their crawlspace to create a solution to keep pests out and control the humidity inside the crawlspace. 

Our Installation Team installed 500 sqft of CleanSpace into the crawlspace and a SaniDry Sedona. This will encapsulate the crawlspace to prevent pests and moisture from entering and the dehumidifier will allow the homeowners to control the humidity inside the crawlspace.

This 3-season porch area had a crawlspace beneath it. The crawlspace was full of moisture and extremely damp, causing mold to form and leading to rot damage to the floor joists. Our EFS team replaced some damaged joists, supported the new floor system with SmartJacks, and encapsulated the crawlspace with CleanSpace to protect the home against further rot or mold.

Homeowners in Belmont, MA, were experiencing issues with cold, bouncy floors, driven by an inadequate crawl space condition. As depicted in the before photo, the space lacked proper insulation and moisture control. Erickson Foundation Solutions addressed this by installing SilverGlo™ insulation, Drainage Matting, and a CleanSpace® encapsulation system. Additionally, SmartJack® supports and a crawl space door were employed to secure the area efficiently. Notice in the after photo how these enhancements not only stabilized the flooring but created an energy-efficient, moisture-managed environment.
