In Belmont, NH, a concerned homeowner faced sloping floors and troubling cracks in the walls and ceiling of their lake house. These signs indicated serious foundation issues on their slab-on-grade property. As highlighted in the photos, our team at Erickson Foundation Solutions addressed this instability with a reliable Helical Pier System. This solution effectively transferred the home’s weight from unstable soils to solid bedrock. By utilizing this engineered steel strategy, we stabilized the foundation, noticeably improved structural integrity, and restored peace of mind for the homeowner.

This homeowner in Dunstable, Massachusetts, had old wooden supports in their basement that they would like to have replaced. The homeowners called EFS for a free inspection of their basement. Our Design Specialist recommended replacing the existing wooden supports with SmartJacks. Our installation team installed 4 SmartJacks into the basement. The homeowners were very happy with the results of the project.

The owner of Thomson Builders was building a home and the foundation has a large horizontal crack. Design Specialist Paul Magowan came to the newly constructed home to examine the crack. The crack extends 18' horizontally down the wall. Paul suggested that Erickson installs PowerBraces on the foundation wall. Crew Lead Spencer Ladd and his team came to the home and installed the PowerBrace and secured the foundation wall. 

This homeowner in Nahua, New Hampshire had a crack in their foundation. The crack goes through both inside and out. Senior Design Specialist Michael LaMalfa came to the home and inspected the crack and proposed a solution. Crew Lead Scott Crandall and his crew came to the home and sealed the inside and outside of the crack. 

This Condo Association in Nashua, New Hampshire wanted to level all of their concrete walkways to reduce tripping hazards for their tenants. Brian Allen came out to the Association and inspected the multiple units that they wanted to be releveled. He proposed that using PolyLevel will be an effective and the most cost-efficient method. Then, Crew Lead Chris Hanulec and his team injected the PolyLevel through the concrete to lift and level the concrete slabs that had sunk or shifted after they were initially installed.
