A homeowner in Bow, New Hampshire lives in a 200-year-old home with a granite foundation that was bowing. Our EFS production team installed an Auxiliary Wall to stabilize the foundation wall. 

A homeowner in Bow, New Hampshire had lived in their house for 35+ years and had always had cracks in their garage that haven't seen to get any worse. They wanted to make sure that the cracks won't get worse so they call EFS for a free inspection. Our Design Specialist recommended filling the void under the garage slab and sealing the cracks with NexusPro. 

This homeowner in Bow, New Hampshire, had a semi-finished basement and wanted to add a bedroom into the basement but needed to add a window to be up to code for the town. The homeowners called EFS so they could install a window into the basement and our Design Specialist Victor recommended a window and out RockWell so if needed someone could exit the basement in case of an emergency. 

This homeowner in Ayer, Massachusetts was experiencing water coming into their basement. The water was entering their basement from an unknown location beneath the slab. There are no cracks in the foundation, no cracks in the floor, and no cracks in the ceiling but the water was still coming in. Design Specialist John Prince proposed the installation of a French Drain in their basement. The French Drain will collect and guide the water out of the basement. Crew Lead Jon Provost and his team came to the home and installed the French Drain system. 

Charline H. of Ayer, Massachusetts needed lally columns replaced in her basement. She called Erickson Foundation Solutions to come out for a free inspection. 

Design Specialist Michael Bradley came to Charline's home and inspected the home's lally columns. After inspecting the home, Michael proposed replacing the lally columns with more lally columns instead of replacing them with Smart Jacks.
