By stabilizing the crawl space beams and floor joists, the floors were effectively raised by 1 1/8 inches, as shown in the after picture. This homeowner in Dunstable, Massachusetts, had old wooden supports in their basement that they would like to have replaced. The homeowners called EFS for a free inspection of their basement. Our Design Specialist recommended replacing the existing wooden supports with SmartJacks. Our installation team installed 4 SmartJacks into the basement. The homeowners were very happy with the results of the project.

The owner of Thomson Builders was building a home and the foundation has a large horizontal crack. Design Specialist Paul Magowan came to the newly constructed home to examine the crack. The crack extends 18' horizontally down the wall. Paul suggested that Erickson installs PowerBraces on the foundation wall. Crew Lead Spencer Ladd and his team came to the home and installed the PowerBrace and secured the foundation wall. 

This homeowner in Nahua, New Hampshire had a crack in their foundation. The crack goes through both inside and out. Senior Design Specialist Michael LaMalfa came to the home and inspected the crack and proposed a solution. Crew Lead Scott Crandall and his crew came to the home and sealed the inside and outside of the crack.
