This homeowner was concerned with two lally columns in their garage which were beginning to show wear and tear. They reached out to our Erickson Foundation Solutions team to install SmartJack columns in place of the traditional lally column supports. 

Our specialist designed the layout for the new columns, and after approval from the building department for Londonderry, we scheduled and installed the job. Installation took one day, and involved setting new concrete footings and adjustment of the posts. The new columns are built to last, giving this homeowner peace of mind that the structure above his garage is permanently supported. 

In Londonderry, NH, failing wooden posts on sinking footings led to settlement in a homeowner's property, visible through stairstep cracking. As shown in the before photo, this challenging issue compromised the home's structural integrity. To address this, we expertly installed four helical piers with porch brackets to stabilize and lift the structure – restoring it to a safe and secure condition. Notice in the after photo, our solution not only halted any further settlement but also brought peace of mind and improved property value with reliable foundation repair.

In Londonderry, NH, a homeowner faced significant issues with a failing fieldstone foundation and rusted support columns. As seen in the photo, this instability posed a serious risk to the structural integrity of the home. We addressed these issues by installing the StableLock auxiliary wall to stabilize the foundation walls. For the support issue, our SmartJack® system was deployed to fortify the foundation, stabilizing basement beams and regulating the floor structure. Now, the home is secure and stable, showing our commitment to creating safe and durable spaces.

This sunroom addition was installed on posts and concrete pillars in the ground. Overtime, the addition began to settle due to the unstable soils around the pillars. Erickson Foundation Supportworks installed EZ Posts beneath the sunroom to stabilize and slightly lift the addition back to level.

A homeowner in Gilford, New Hampshire had water entering his foundation near his sewage discharge line and existing sump pump. This occurred every time it rained and when snow melted. Mold had formed as a result. Looking to eliminate wet basement problems, he reached out to Erickson Foundation Solutions.

Our Design Specialist, Jason Vachon, recommended installing WaterGuard perimeter drainage to the existing sump pump and CleanSpace wall encapsulation. This system is designed to capture all the water that led to seepage in the foundation walls, and filter it directly to the existing sump pump.

These systems waterproof the basement and eliminate moisture. The homeowner now has peace of mind that his basement will stay dry.
