Doug B. of Wakefield, New Hampshire was experiencing sagging in his barns foundation.  He decided to call Erickson Foundation Solutions about a free inspection. Design Specialist Paul Magowan came to the home and inspected the foundation of the barn and he thinks that using SmartJacks will permanently stabilize the foundation. 

Crew Lead Scott Crandall and his crew came to Doug's barn and stabilized the foundation using 8 Smart Jacks. 

This home in Barrington, New Hampshire, had sagging floors on the main floor of their home. EFS recommended using SmartJacks and a supplemental beam to eliminate the sag on the main floor. 

A homeowner in Barrington, New Hampshire, had some foundation issues in the their detached garage. The homeowner had some concerns with their foundation that they would like addressed. Our design specialist assessed the foundation and recommended installing PowerBraces and Geolocks to the foundation wall. 

In Barrington, NH, this homeowner faced a concerning issue – a bowing foundation wall, clearly visible in the before photo, presented a major hindrance to their planned home expansion. Alex M. of North Reading was experiencing settling that was affecting the front door and steps of his home. Alex called EFS to see if they could help with the settling of his home. Design Specialist Chuck Hallas of EFS came out of the home and inspected the area of concern. Chuck concluded that the home could use some Push Piers to stabilize the part of the foundation that is settling. 

Jon Provost and Spencer Ladd came to the home and dug out a section of dirt near the stairs to exposed the footing of the foundation. Once they found the footing they attached a Push Pier mount to the footing and started pushing rods down until they hit bedrock or a sustainable press to hold the home.
