In Swampscott, MA, the homeowner faced significant foundation issues, evident from temporary jacks, corroded lally columns, and a loose column failing to support the structure. Design Specialist David Cormier came to Yvonne's beach home. David inspected the home and proposed that the Erickson team install EZ Post to the perimeter of the home and Smart Jack to the interior of the home.
