They have been fixing the old home in phases. The current phase is to address the supports within the basement. 

The homeowners called EFS for a free inspection of their basement. Our Design Specialist met with the homeowners and recommended installing 5 SmartJacks into the basement to replace the current wooden supports.

Our installation team installed the 5 SmartJacks under the main beam to add support to the floor system. We used the adjustable top to lift and level the floors above. The homeowners were very pleased with the results of the project.
