The test results from inside the basement were above 4.0 pCi/L so our Design Specialist recommended and designed a radon system to lower the radon levels below 4.0 pCi/L. Our installation team installed the radon system in only a few hours and lowered the radon levels below 4.0 pCi/L.

A homeowner in Danville, NH, was experiencing radon levels exceeding the Environmental Protection Agency's safety threshold despite having a passive radon mitigation system. Concerned about the associated health risks, they sought a more effective solution. We recommended enhancing the system by installing a radon fan, which actively extracts radon from the soil beneath the home's foundation. Our production team installed the fan, along with a muffler pipe to minimize noise and a manometer to monitor the system's efficiency. Daniel H. of Brookline, Massachusetts was experiencing moderately high radon levels in the basement of this two-unit condo. He decided to call Erickson Foundation Solutions for a free inspection. 

Design Specialist John Prince came to the home and inspected the home and left a 24-hour radon test to see what the radon levels were. John came back the following day to pick up the radon test machine and designed a radon mitigation system for the home.
