In North Andover, MA, a homeowner faced a common problem: a settling front walkway created a bowl that trapped water, negatively impacting curb appeal. As seen in the before photo, this issue required a reliable solution. Our team at Erickson Foundation Solutions restored the walkway with precision. We used the PolyLevel system to lift and level the slab efficiently. To enhance durability, NexusPro Joint Sealant was applied to protect against water damage. Additionally, SealantPro extended the lifespan of the concrete. This combined approach created a stable, lasting improvement, which you can see in the after photo.
A homeowner in Sanbornville, New Hampshire had water leaking into their basement from the feed to their swimming pool. The homeowners decided to call EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist recommended a solution to sealing the crack. He recommended using crack injection to seal off the area where water was coming from the concrete and where the feed line was installed. We also touched up some of the concrete around the feed line.
This homeowner in North Reading, Massachusetts, was experiencing leaking through their rock foundation. Design Specialist Michael Bradley came to the home and proposed a plan to the homeowners. Crew Lead Brendan Edwards and his crew came to the home and installed Epoxy Wall Restoration in the basement to ensure water wouldn't leak into the basement anymore.
This homeowner in North Reading, Massachusetts was experiencing a crack in their basement start to leak. The crack was sealed previously. When the homeowners first moved into their home 8 years ago, a crack was visible in the basement. The crack is leaking again and they need to seal it. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection.
Design Specialist Stephen Caron inspected the home. As he walked into the basement he noticed the crack on the wall. Stephen examined the crack and recommended resealing the crack and then installing FlexiSpan over the sealed crack.
The crew began sealing the crack and then began installing the FlexiSpan. FlexiSpan is a product that is a permanent solution to keeping wall cracks dry. Before applying FlexiSpan, the crew seals the crack using crack injection. Then they put a coat of FlexiSpan open-cell foam sealant over the sealed crack. On top of the special sealant, they then installed the FlexiSpan. This method will seal the crack but, if the crack does leak again the FlexiSpan will act as a channel and guide the water to a draining point at the floor where it is connected to WaterGuard or Catus Board.
In Kingston, NH, a homeowner faced a significant challenge with a section of their pool deck that was down by an inch, creating a trip hazard. As seen in the before photo, this uneven concrete needed a reliable fix. To address this issue, we at Erickson Foundation Solutions implemented our proven PolyLevel® system. By injecting high-strength polyurethane foam through minimally invasive, pea-sized holes, we precisely stabilized and lifted the concrete slab. In the after photo, you’ll see the pool deck returned to its original level, eliminating the safety hazard effectively.
