Perimeter Drainage System, Hopkinton, NH

This homeowner in Hopkinton, New Hampshire, purchased their home about a year ago. When they purchased the home the seller told them the basement hadn't flooded. Within a year of owning the home, the basement had water in it twice. The homeowners decided to call EFS for a free inspection of their basement. Our Design Specialist met with the homeowner and looked at the basement to solve their water issues. We recommended installing a full-perimeter drainage system. The system included WaterGuard, TripleSafe Sump Pump, IceGuard, Exterior Drainage, and SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier.

SaniDry Sedona Installation, Franklin, NH

A homeowner in Franklin, New Hampshire, had high relative humidity in their basement and was tired of lugging buckets of water up the stairs to empty them. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist recommended installing a SaniDry Sedona into the basement to reduce the relative humidity and have the system drain into a pump so the homeowner doesn't have to lug buckets of water up the stairs.

Sagging Floor Repair, Mont Vernon, NH

This home in Mont Vernon, NH had some concerns with sloping floors and sagging beams. Our team proposed and installed lally column replacements, called SmartJacks, to permanently stabilize the floor system.

Basement Crack Repair in New Boston, NH

In New Boston, NH, persistent water seepage was creating puddles in a homeowner's basement due to cracks at the junction of two foundation walls. As shown in the before photo, water intrusion at this vulnerable corner raised concerns about ongoing moisture issues and potential damage to the basement environment.

To provide a permanent solution, our team installed the FlexiSpan® wall crack repair system. This proven system combines a flexible sealant, porous drainage strip, and durable waterproof membrane to effectively capture and manage any water entering through the crack. For added protection, a corner drainage channel was installed to intercept seepage along the wall-to-floor joint and direct it into the drainage system. As seen in the after photo, the completed repair creates a reliable waterproof barrier, leaving the homeowner with a dry, healthy, and protected basement.

Water Entering Basement, Brookline, NH

This homeowner in Brookline, New Hampshire was experiencing water in his basement. He had previously had cracks sealed in his basement that are now leaking again. The homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection.

Design Specialist Michael LaMalfa arrived at the home and inspected the basement. He found the cracks that were allowing water to enter the basement. He also found an old sump pump that was having trouble keeping up. Michael recommended resealing the cracks in the basement and then installing a new sump pump to keep the basement dry.
