Our design specialist recommended installing a SuperSump and an IceGuard to prevent water from building up in the basement. 

This homeowner in Salem, New Hampshire recently purchased this home a couple of months ago. Since purchasing the home they have noticed the basement collecting water when it rains. The homeowner decided to call EFS.

This year the homeowner went on vacation a short drive away from Salem. During their vacation, a rainstorm flooded the basement, and they had to return early to remove the water. The homeowner sees this home as their forever home because they are close to their family and grandchildren so they plan to stay here and repair any current issues. The homeowners called EFS for a free inspection of their basement and we recommended installing a full perimeter drainage system into the basement to collect any water that entered the basement and pump it out.
