I recently had an installation of sump pump, dehumidifier and encapsulation to a large crawl space. The team from Erickson ( from front office staff, to Tom the salesman, Anthony and the install crew, financial office) could not have been more helpful. All questions were answered thoroughly and any additional ones were responded to very quickly. Their customer service is truly exceptional. The finished product looks great- such an improvement. I can't recommend them highly enough.
