Initial evaluation of foundation with laser was step above other contractors and 1st contract was reasonable as were change orders. Field discussions with Nate and Nick were helpful, and always open for discussion.
Support staff were very helpful and corresponded easily on updates, emailed contracts, and messages.
Initial evaluation and sales discussion were informative but project details really came together with Field discussion with Nate, as did final contract details.
Nick and crew worked consistently throughout each day even in difficult weather. They knew what they needed to do and accomplish each day. Great attitude toward all their work and in “quality” too. Nick was resourceful, terrific craftsman, and mentor to his crew. They all responded to questions and requests. They even used a concrete pumper rather than risk cement truck damage to the driveway.
Very reasonable for the sizable area affected, though we expected to use a landscaper to finish off the work area.

We interviewed 4 other contractors first. Erickson personnel right from the initial evaluation listened and saw the potential issues pointed out by us, they wanted the home owner’s observations, they had the depth of services offered along with website pictures and products used, and they didn’t gloss-over telltale signs of water intrusion at the bulkhead or small cracks in the foundation. They were always open for discussion. We sought quality and peace of mind, rather then multiple attempts at fixing a problem. Hard working crew that we admired.
