The service technician, Dominic, was very attentive and listened to my issue. He worked hard to resolve the problem and used good logic in his approach. His attempts made it clear that a more extensive solution is necessary, which will require a different team. I appreciate his efforts. He kept me informed about what he was doing and the results of his attempts. I am very satisfied with his work. He was friendly and respectful
