Overall, I feel that Erickson is a company I can count on. I’m happy with the end result and the crew (Milton, Angel and Eddie) did a solid job. They were professional, courteous, and worked efficiently in the grueling heat. That said, there were some issues during the install that weren’t their fault. It seems the site design or planning wasn’t fully aligned with what was actually needed on-site due to tree roots needing to be protected. We needed to run extra pipe underground to avoid the roots. As a business owner myself, I might suggest having designers do on-sites which might help them find solutions through experience. Or have the install crew do demonstrations or lead lessons. They are very knowledgeable use them wisely!

Katya was available via text message during my install and the days leading up to it if I had questions or concerns. Great service!

Milton, Angel and Eddie was over the top excellent. They are fantastic, professional, respectful, and clearly know what they are doing.They kept me informed as they job progressed. They were really respectful of my property. We have 40+ year old weeping cherry trees near the job site. They worked with me to create a new design for the sum pump piping so we avoid the tree roots. Milton found a small stone which has a positive saying on it and he made sure it didn't get lost in the digging process. Amazing! If you are giving out bonuses this year make sure they aren't overlooked!

Overall, they worked efficiently and kept the site clean, which I really valued.
