Erickson installed a perimeter drain and sump pump solution in our basement this week. While we’ve yet to put the system itself to the test to ensure it truly solves our basement water issues, we were very happy with the process and installation. I’m confident the system will do what it’s designed to do. Sales and design took a few conversations and sorting through the details, but that’s to be expected with work like this. I do want to call out the install team for their efficiency and communication - Milton, Eddie, Jalen, and Angel. Super professional and very thorough. They were incredibly responsive to my questions and needs - making the whole process really great. Thank!
