Before & After Photos

This project was for a previous customer. We worked with them on two of their other homes, needless to say...we liked them and I guess they liked us too!

   The garage here was being pushed in, as you can see in the pictures, approximately 3 1/2" at one point. It was also taking in water. After discussing a plan of attack, we started this project. First, we excavated the foundation and then manipulated the wall back as far as possible. We had to prevent the sheering from reoccurring and stabilize the foundation. While we were at it, we waterproofed the foundation and blocked in a couple of windows.

   Our homeowner now has a functioning foundation/garage that can be used as a shop for storage or to park cars.

This is a Basement to Beautiful wall panel project with framing, spray foam insulation and a SaniDry Sedona.  The homeowner is providing electric, Sheetrock, paint and flooring to complete this project, creating extra, insulated, living space in their home.

We replaced a single lally column in this garage. It was an adjustable post that was rotting from the bottom up. The new homeowners took their inspectors advice and called us in to replace it with a concrete filled 4" post.

For this job, we were tasked with installing a patio on the back of this home. Here is a before and after image to show how something as simple as adding a patio on your home can create a wonderful transformation to your outdoor living space.
